§ 10-113 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; SALE OR GIFT TO MINOR OR MENTALLY INCOMPETENT PERSON PROHIBITED.   
   No person shall sell, furnish, give away, dispose of, exchange, or deliver, or permit the sale, gift, or procuring of any alcoholic liquors, to or for any minor or to any person who is mentally incompetent. (Ref. 53-180 RS Neb.)   (Amended by Ord. Nos. 245, 4/5/83; 821, 6/19/12)
