§ 10-111 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; EMPLOYER.
   The employer of any officer, director, manager, or employees working in a retail liquor establishment shall be held to be liable and guilty of any act of omission or violation of any law or ordinance, and each such act or omission shall be deemed and held to be the act of the employer, and will be punishable in the same manner as if the said act or omission had been committed by him personally.
