§ 9-608 LIGHTING AND THERMAL EFFICIENCY STANDARDS; FEES.  
   The person filing the application for a permit shall, at the time of such filing, pay to the City the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for residential buildings and one cent per gross square foot for any other building.
