§ 9-505 SWIMMING POOLS; SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.

All reasonable precautions shall be taken to protect the users and bathers in private pools from injury or accident. Convenient means of egress and ingress shall be provided. Safety appliances such as life buoys, life hooks, bamboo poles, or ropes and equipment including first-aid kits shall be provided and be readily accessible.
