§ 9-108 BUILDING INSPECTOR; NOXIOUS USES.  
   No buildings or structures or premises, or part thereof, in any part of the Municipality shall be used for any trade, industry, or other purpose that is detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare. Such a noxious or offensive use is hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance. (Ref. 28-1016 RS Neb.)
