§ 9-107 BUILDING INSPECTOR; UNFINISHED BUILDINGS.

No buildings or structures shall be allowed to remain in an unfinished condition in the Municipality for a period of more than nine (9) months. A basement structure without living accommodations above it shall be considered to be in an unfinished condition.
