§ 6-308 MISDEMEANORS; ARSON.
   Any person who willfully, maliciously or negligently sets on fire any property when the injury or damage therefrom shall be of a less value than thirty-five ($35.00) dollars, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ref. 28-503 RS Neb.)
