§ 6-302 MISDEMEANORS; RESISTING OFFICER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to assist a Municipal Officer when lawfully requested to do so by him. Any person who refuses to assist an officer when lawfully requested to do so shall be fined in any amount not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00).
