§ 6-301 MISDEMEANORS; IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than a Municipal or State Police Officer to wear an official badge or uniform, or to falsely and willfully impersonate the said officials. (Ref. 28-610 RS Neb.)
