§ 6-148 POT-BELLIED PIGS; RESTRAINT.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any pot-bellied pig within the City or within the one (1) mile extra territorial zoning jurisdiction of the City to fail to keep his/her pot-bellied pig securely restrained by a chain or otherwise confined in or upon his/her premises in an enclosure sufficient to contain the potbellied pig.
