§ 6-123 ANIMALS; CAPTURE IMPOSSIBLE.
   The Municipal Police, the Animal Control Authority, or authorized designee, shall have the authority to kill any animals showing vicious tendencies, or characteristics of rabies which make capture impossible because of the danger involved.
