§ 6-111 ANIMALS; DOG GUIDES, HEARING AID DOGS, AND SERVICE DOGS: EXEMPT FROM LICENSE TAX.
   Every service animal shall be licensed as required by the Municipal Code, but no license tax shall be charged. Upon the retirement or discontinuance of the animal as a service animal, the owner of the animal shall be liable for the payment of the required license tax. (Ref. 54-603 RS Neb.) (Ord. No. 459, 8/4/98) (Amended by Ord. No. 642, 6/1/04)
