§ 6-109 ANIMALS; DOGS AND CATS; UNLICENSED.
   It shall be unlawful to own or harbor any dog or cat without acquiring and maintaining a license that is properly secured to the animal. (Ref. 17-526, 71-4408 RS Neb.) (Amended by Ord. Nos. 351, 4/20/93; 642, 6/1/04; 667; 11/2/04)
