§ 6-103 ANIMALS; ANIMAL SHELTER.
   The facility designated by the City to serve as the City’s Animal Shelter shall be safe, suitable, and conveniently located for the impounding, keeping, and destruction of animals. The said Shelter shall be sanitary, ventilated, and lighted. (Ref. 17-548 RS Neb.) (Amended by Ord. Nos. 351, 4/20/93; 642, 6/1/04)
