§ 5-705 TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU; DAYS, HOURS OF TRAFFIC VIOLATION BUREAU.  
   The City Clerk shall fix the days and the hours during which the office of the Traffic Violations Bureau shall be open to the public for the transaction of business coming under the provisions of this Article.
