§ 5-604 TOWING; TOWING-IN AUTHORIZED.
   Whenever any vehicle is found coming under the provisions of this division, the same shall be removed by the City Clerk or others acting under his supervision and directions, to a garage or lot designated by the City Council for such purpose.
