§ 5-404.01 MOPEDS; OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate a moped upon the streets, alleys, or public highways of the Municipality unless such person has a valid motor vehicle operator's license or a valid school or learner's permit. (Ref. 60-6,310 RS Neb.) (Ord. No. 214, 4/1/80)
