§ 5-324 ENGINE BRAKING; PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful within the corporate limits of the City for any operator of a motor vehicle with a total gross vehicle weight rating of seven thousand (7,000) pounds or more, including its towed unit or units, to attempt to retard the forward movement of said vehicle by initiating any engine braking device or system to contain the engine's compression, thus rapidly slowing the engine's revolutions per minute.
