§ 5-317 SUMMONS; DESTRUCTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to tear up, or destroy, a parking tag placed upon any vehicle by the Municipal Police, or to disregard the summons contained on such tag, and fail to appear in court as directed by said tag. (Ref. 60-680 RS Neb.)
