§ 4-102 HEALTH; ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL.  
   The Municipal Police Chief shall be the chief health officer of the Municipality. It shall be his duty to notify the Governing Body of health nuisances and of every case of contagious, infectious, or malignant disease.
