§1-107 ELECTED OFFICIALS; RESTRICTIONS ON OTHER EMPLOYMENT OR ELECTIVE OFFICE.
   (1)   The Mayor and members of the Council shall hold no other employment with the City.
   (2)   The provisions of section 32-604 RS Neb. apply to multiple office holding.
   (3)   No member of the City Council shall hold the office of Mayor. (Ref. 17-108.02, 32-109, 32-603, 32- 604 RS Neb.)  (Ord. No. 332, 1/8/91) (Amended by Ord. Nos. 445, 7/21/98; 790, 7/17/11)
