§ 3-214.01  MUNICIPAL SEWER DEPARTMENT; FEES; MULTIPLE UNITS.
   In such circumstances where individual consumers or separate premises do not have an individual water meter, minimum sewer charges shall be applied to each available consumer or premise and sewer overages shall be applied to the residential or non-residential unit as an accumulation of the entire residential or non-residential unit's usage.
