§ 3-114 MUNICIPAL WATER DEPARTMENT; MANDATORY HOOK-UP.
   All persons whose property abuts a water main that is now or may hereafter be laid shall be required, upon notice by the Governing Body, to hook-up with the Municipal Water System. (Ref. 17-539 RS Neb.)
