902.041 PUBLIC UTILITY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS PERMIT AMENDMENT APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   A holder of a Public Utility Permit or a Telecommunications Permit may make application to amend such permit to add new infrastructure. Applicants for amendments of Public Utility or Telecommunications Permits shall file an application therefor in such form as the City Manager may require along with an application fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00); provided, that if the applicant is submitting its application for a permit amendment simultaneously with its annual application to renew its permit, the Three Hundred Dollar fee is waived. The applicant shall provide such information as the City Manager may require to explain, clarify, supplement or verify information and representations contained in the permit amendment application. The City Manager shall determine if the permit amendment application is in order and, if so, shall determine whether or not, in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 902.05, the applicant should be granted a permit amendment hereunder. The City Manager shall make a final determination as to whether or not such permit amendment should be granted and, if so, upon what terms and conditions are necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Chapter.
