771.12 INSPECTION; CLOSURE, AUTHORITY OF BUSINESS LICENSING OFFICER.

Upon inspection, any garage sale found to be operating in violation of this chapter or any other applicable law or ordinance may be closed by the Business Licensing Officer or other public official responsible for the enforcement of such law or ordinance.
