(a) Upon approval of the application, the Chief of Police shall issue a license to the applicant authorizing that person to perform the duties of an institutional special police officer.
(b) All licenses shall expire on December 31 of each year, unless sooner revoked.
(c) All applications for renewal of licenses must be filed with the Chief of Police no sooner than October 1st or later than November 30th of each year.
