(a) No person shall ride a skateboard on any sidewalk, street, alley or public ground in the Central Business District.
(b) For the purpose of this section, the Central Business District of the City is as follows:
Beginning at a point of the intersection of the west right-of-way line of South Fountain Avenue and the north right-of-way line of East Main Street; thence in an eastwardly direction along the north right-of-way line of East Main Street to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of South Limestone Street; thence in a southerly direction along the east right-of-way line of South Limestone Street to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of East Washington Street; thence in a westwardly direction along the south right-of-way line of East Washington Street to its intersection with the west right-of-way line of South Fountain Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along the west right-of-way line of South Fountain Avenue to the point of beginning.
