373.05 RIDING BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS; SIGNALING OVERTAKEN PEDESTRIANS.
   (a)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a business district.
   (b)   No person twelve years of age or older shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk in any district of the City.
   (c)   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, such person shall yield the right of way to any pedestrian and shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing any pedestrian. (Ord. 67-14. Passed 1-9-67.)
