355.05 AUTHORITY OF CITY MANAGER.

The authority herein conferred upon the City Manager to establish taxicab stands shall be a continuing one, and he may establish or abolish such stands, or change the number of vehicles which shall be permitted within such stands as in his opinion will best serve the interest of the public.
