353.10 FAILURE TO ANSWER CHARGES A MISDEMEANOR.

Any owner or operator of a vehicle who willfully neglects to answer to the charges set forth on a notice fixed by the police officer to such vehicle in accordance with this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor regardless of the disposition of the charge for which the notice was originally issued.
