129.04 CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION.

A Code Enforcement Division of the Department of Community Development is hereby established. The Code Enforcement Division shall administer and enforce the Housing Maintenance Code, enforce the Zoning Code, and work to abate public nuisances.
