A Department of Central Services is hereby established. The Department is administered by the office of City Manager and consists of such officers and employees as are appointed. The Department shall maintain Municipal buildings; operate the print shop; maintain central stores of the City; maintain and operate the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport; and perform such other duties as required by City Charter or ordinance.
