307.02 IMPOUNDING VEHICLES PARKED UNLAWFULLY.

Whenever any vehicle, except a bicycle, shall be found in a space where parking is not permitted, or parked in violation of the provisions of this Traffic Code, any member of the Police Division may provide for the removal or conveyance of such vehicle by means of towing or otherwise, to a vehicle pound.
