(A) The City Commission may adopt regulations to administer the income tax imposed under this Chapter.
(B) The Tax Administrator may adopt rules consistent with the terms of this chapter to facilitate administration of this Chapter.
(C) All regulations and rules adopted under this section shall be published and posted on the internet.
