(a) If the Minority Business Coordinator finds a violation of this chapter, whether through self-initiative or after investigating a complaint, they will first try to resolve the issue by discussing, persuading, and negotiating with the contractor.
(b) The Minority Business Coordinator and the contractor may also enter into agreements to reach a resolution.
(c) If these efforts fail and the violation continues, the Minority Business Coordinator will give the contractor a reasonable time to correct the situation.
(d) If the situation remains uncorrected, the Minority Business Coordinator will recommend that the City Manager take action as outlined in Section 155.15 below.
