(a) Any owner or designated agent who violated the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to Class A Civil Offense.
(b) Any subsequent violation will also be deemed a "Class A" Civil Offense.
(c) Recalcitrant violators of this Chapter whose Rental License has been revoked and who continue to rent out Rental Dwelling Units may face additional legal remedies sought by the City (i.e. Injunction).
