1390.08 FEES.

   (a)   The Registration fee required annually for a rental license of Rental Dwelling Units is as follows:

 

Single Unit                  $35.00 Two (2) or more Units in the same building      $25.00 per Unit in the same building

 

   (b)   Payment of the annual registration fee shall be made payable to the City of Springfield. The maximum annual registration fee is capped at $750.00.

EXAMPLE: One individual owns 5 LLC's in the City of Springfield. Each of those LLC's would be subject to an annual registration fee cap of $750.00.
