1390.07 RENTAL LICENSE TERM; RENEWAL.
   (a)   A Rental License is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date obtained. Following that three-year period, you must renew or obtain a new rental license.

   (b)   Sale or transfer of property shall cause the license to expire and be no longer valid.
 
   (c)   Any new owner shall make a new application for a Rental License for each Rental Dwelling Unit prior to the closing sale on the Rental Dwelling Unit so as to maintain a continuous record of ownership in case of damage, vandalism, premise condition or other requirement necessitating public notification to the owner, but in no case more than five (5) days after sale or transfer.
