The definition of member of a City employee’s family includes, but is not limited to: parents and stepparents, grandparents, spouse, children and stepchildren (whether dependent or not), grandchildren, and siblings, regardless of where they live. Any other individual related to a City Commissioner or a City employee, by blood or marriage is a member of the City employee’s family if he or she lives in the same household with the City Commissioner or City employee.
