1380.09 ASSIGNMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES, PENALTIES, AND FINES.

(a) Failure to register a vacant residential property as required by this chapter is guilty of a Class B Civil Offense further detailed in Section 1324.03 and Section 1324.99.

(b) Failure to file a Notice of Foreclosure pursuant to Section 1380.06 is guilty of a Class A Civil Offense further detailed in Section 1324.02 and Section 1324.99.
