The officers and employees of the following departments, and no others, may be covered by an excess blanket bond purchased by the City in the penal sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) indemnifying the City against loss occasioned by embezzlement or any other dishonest act:

Municipal Court
Department of Central Services
Department of Development
Department of Finance--Purchasing Division
Department of Finance--Utility Billing Division
Department of Health
Department of Parks and Recreation
Department of Public Safety--Fire Division
Department of Public Safety--Police Division
