Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3.06, the officers and employees of the following departments, and no others, may be covered by a blanket bond purchased by the City in the penal amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) indemnifying the City against loss occasioned by the failure of the officers and employees of such departments to faithfully perform their
respective duties:

Office of Clerk of Commission
Municipal Court
Department of Central Services
Department of Development
Department of Finance
Department of Health
Department of Law
Department of Parks and Recreation
Department of Public Safety - Fire Division
Department of Public Safety - Police Division
