Pursuant to authority of the City Charter, the following officers, and no others, shall execute, prior to entering upon the performance of their official duties, individual bonds in not less than the penal amount set forth opposite the title of their respective office:
(a) City Treasurer $100,000
(b) City Commissioners $ 10,000
(c) Clerk of Municipal Court $100,000
