(c) An employee paid on an hourly basis, who is required to work on a Sunday, shall be paid at twice the employee's regular hourly rate, including experience pay, for actual time worked on the Sunday provided such work has been authorized and directed by management. Authorization after the fact will only be granted in cases of extraordinary emergency.
(d) An employee paid on an hourly basis who works an alternate (flexible) work schedule shall be paid for the excess hours at a rate of one and one half times the employee's regular hourly rate, including experience pay, for the hours that exceed 40 hours in a week.
(e) An employee paid on an hourly basis who is called in to work outside of their normal work schedule shall be credited with the time actually worked for the purpose of computing overtime at the appropriate rate. However, in no event shall they be credited with less than three (3) hours of time at the appropriate overtime rate for any time that is disconnected from their normal schedule.
