The Board of Health hereby establishes an annual licensing and inspection fee for each public swimming pool, public spa or special use pool licensed and inspected pursuant to this chapter as follows:
Indoor pool | $ 287.00 |
Seasonal pool | 156.00 |
Spa with pool | 90.00 plus applicable pool fees. |
Single spa without pool | 287.00 |
Each additional spa | 60.00 |
The City Treasurer shall transmit twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of each fee collected pursuant to this section to the Treasurer of the State.
