Where the style or location of a fixture has been changed, a permit for such work shall be required, such as removing a leg tub and replacing with a built-in tub; or an ordinary sink replaced with a cabinet sink; or a range boiler replaced with an automatic heater; or when the location of an old fixture is moved more than three feet from its present waste and vent outlet.
