1361.09 SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS WHICH CAN BE INFILTRATED, RENDERED INOPERABLE OR BE CONTAMINATED BY FLOOD WATERS.

No on-site sewage disposal system shall be approved which is located within the Regional Flood Plain and which can be infiltrated, rendered inoperable or be contaminated by flood waters.
