1327.04 SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Except as is otherwise provided by this chapter, no person within the City on or after the effective date of this section shall act or hold himself out to be or undertake or perform any work as a specialty contractor as hereinbefore described without first registering with the Chief Building Official in the manner specified in this chapter.
