1317.17 DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.

As used in this chapter, "Chief Building Official," when concerning the alteration and repair of one-, two-, and three-family buildings and accessory structures rehabilitated with funds from the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, refers to the Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator of the City of Springfield.
