1313.17 REINSPECTION FEE.

A fee of $45.00 shall be charged, in addition to all other fees imposed under this Chapter, whenever a reinspection is necessary as a result of work being improperly or incompetently performed or as a result of an inspector being unable to complete a scheduled inspection through the fault of the permit applicant or his/her agent.
